Hi Kevin,

If I didn’t know Glen, I’d be skeptical too.

However, my interpretation from what Glen wrote, is not making that much from the site in the year but, rather, selling it on for 3-4 years worth of income. With a target of $30,000 per month, over 12 months, that’s “only” $360,000. But, selling the site for 36-48 months worth of income, would make it a million dollar site.
